Morris Arboretum: The Morris Arboretum is open.  Everyone, including members, will require timed tickets for your planned visit.   They are easy to reserve and can be obtained at www.upenn.edu/arboretum 

Off-Campus Services: Staff is available by email and phone only; closed for walk-in visits. www.upenn.edu/offcampusservices

Office of Software Licensing: Staff is available by email and phone, only; closed for walk-in visits. www.upenn.edu/softwarelicenses

Penn Bookstore: The Penn Bookstore is open. For hours of operation consult the website: www.upenn.edu/bookstore

The PennCard Center is open. Please visit www.upenn.edu/penncard for instructions on picking up your card and for hours of operation.

Penn Children’s Center: The Penn Children’s Center is open, but enrollment is limited. Temporary operating hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Center's Daily Drop-in Program is suspended until further notice. www.upenn.edu/childcare

Penn Home Ownership Services: Staff is available by phone and email; closed for walk-in visits. www.upenn.edu/homeownership

University of Pennsylvania Class of 1923 Ice Rink:  The Penn Ice Rink is open, but service is limited to specific programs. For more information www.upenn.edu/icerink

Penn Mail Services: Open and operating as usual except for only making one stop daily at each location. Penn Customers should contact Penn Mail Services directly at 215-898-MAIL/6245 if their office will be closed or have modified hours. In addition, members of the Penn Community are advised to only send packages to the University during this time if their offices are open or arrangements are made to receive them. This will help reduce the possibility of a lost or misplaced package.

Penn Parking Services: Beginning September 1, Penn will resume charging fees to park in all campus garages and lots. As previously announced, permit rates will be held at the FY20 rates through December. Details about the FY21 rates can be found at www.upenn.edu/parking

  • Commuters who wish to obtain a parking permit may now apply online.  Be aware that parking availability is limited, and it may not be possible to accommodate your preferred option.  Applicants will be notified when parking assignments are confirmed and invited to visit the Transportation and Parking Office to pick-up access credentials. Please note that due to the high demand for parking that we are experiencing, our response time is longer than normal and it may take up to 10 business days to process your application.

Penn Transit Services: Penn Transit Services are open and operating.

  • In addition to the display of a valid institutional identification card, all Penn Transit riders will be required to display a valid “green” PennOpen Pass in a manner consistent with the current protocols for building-entry on Penn’s campus and as a means of reducing the risks of COVID-19.
  • Individuals who are not part of the University’s PennOpen Pass Program must either display their respective institution’s valid Daily COVID Screening Pass or participate in driver-conducted screening and offer their verbal attestation. Individuals who cannot show a “green” pass or respond “Yes” to any of the attestation criteria will not be allowed to ride in the vehicle.   
    Updates and information related to these service adjustments will be made via www.upenn.edu/PennTransit and on the PennRides on Request mobile app.

Travel Agency Support: Before making any travel arrangements, please consult the University’s most recent guidelines regarding Penn-related travel.
World Travel – Agents available 24 hours per day, every day; book travel online through Concur or call World Travel directly at 888-641-9112.

Residential Services

Residential Services: Residential Services is currently open and operating. Residents and families are asked to send questions and concerns to living@upenn.edu. www.upenn.edu/housing
Limited Building Access via PennCard:  Access will be restricted to only authorized individuals which include Residential Services, College Houses, Public Safety, and Facilities Services staff, approved residents, and any University office tenants.

Penn Dining/Bon Appétit: Penn Dining is open. For hours and locations visit the dining website at www.upenn.edu/dining
