Common Questions About BlackBoard, Courses, and the My Courses Channel

I don't have any courses in the 'My Courses' channel but I am registered for courses according to Penn InTouch.

It takes 1 day for any course information to be transferred into the 'My Courses' channel.

I can't get to my courses in BlackBoard... or I link over to BlackBoard but my course doesn't display... or I can't get into BlackBoard... or It says I have no courses and I do... or It says I'm not allowed into BlackBoard... etc.

Most connectivity or access problems between the Portal and BlackBoard can only be resolved by the student opening a ticket with BlackBoard. We cannot open a ticket for you if it's for a course that you have registered for but do not have access.
For more, click on one of the various BlackBoard provided links on the right. Reporting problems directly to BlackBoard which will improve the speed at which the problem is solved.
